DIVINE MINIMART KENYA REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
At Divine MiniMart, we understand the importance of our customers being completely satisfied with their purchases. To ensure that all of our customers have a positive experience, we have outlined the following refund and return policy.
- Eligibility for Refunds To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging, including any accessories and documentation that were included with the original purchase.
- The product must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must be returned with proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
- The product must not be a perishable item, such as food or edible items.
- Return Process To initiate a return, the customer must follow these steps:
- Contact Divine MiniMart customer service by email at Sales@divineminimart.co.ke or by phone at 0706 792985 to initiate a return.
- Provide the customer service representative with the order number and the reason for the return.
- A return authorization number will be provided to the customer, which must be included with the return package.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Divine MiniMart.
- Once the product is received and inspected, Divine MiniMart will process the refund or exchange as appropriate.
Refunds Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, but may take longer depending on the payment method used. If a refund is requested for a product that was received as a gift, the refund will be processed in the form of a store credit.
Exchanges If a customer would like to exchange a product, they may do so within 14 days of the original purchase date. The product must be in its original condition and packaging and the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Divine MiniMart. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for the new product.
Damaged or Defective Products If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, Divine MiniMart will provide a full refund or exchange for a new product. To initiate this process, the customer must contact Divine MiniMart customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer must provide proof of the damage or defect, such as a photo or description of the issue. Divine MiniMart will provide a return label for the customer to return the damaged or defective product.
Incorrect Orders If a customer receives an incorrect order, Divine MiniMart will provide a full refund or exchange for the correct product. To initiate this process, the customer must contact Divine MiniMart customer service within 7 days of receiving the order. Divine MiniMart will provide a return label for the customer to return the incorrect order.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To initiate a cancellation, the customer must contact Divine MiniMart customer service by email at Sales@divineminimart.co.ke or by phone at 0706 792985. If the order has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for returning the product in accordance with the return process outlined in this policy.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized items, such as cake toppers with a custom name or image.
- Perishable items, such as food or edible items.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Responsibility for Return Shipping The customer is responsible for returning the item in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation. To return an item, the customer must follow the steps outlined in the return policy and use a traceable shipping method to ensure that the item is returned safely.
Refunds: Divine MiniMart offers refunds for eligible returns. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on the customer’s account.
Store Credit: If the customer prefers, Divine MiniMart also offers store credit for eligible returns. The store credit can be used to make future purchases on the Divine MiniMart website.
Damaged or Defective Items: If the customer receives a damaged or defective item, they must notify Divine MiniMart within 14 days of receiving the item. Divine MiniMart will then arrange for a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to the customer.
Incorrect Orders: If the customer receives an incorrect order, they must notify Divine MiniMart within 14 days of receiving the item. Divine MiniMart will then arrange for a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to the customer.
Exchange Policy: Divine MiniMart allows for exchanges for a different size, color, or product within 14 days of receiving the item. The customer must notify Divine MiniMart of their intention to exchange the item and follow the steps outlined in the exchange policy.
Return Shipping Costs: Divine MiniMart does not cover the cost of return shipping for returns, unless the item is damaged or defective, or the customer received an incorrect order.
Final Sale Items: Divine MiniMart does not accept returns or exchanges for final sale items. Final sale items are clearly marked as such and are non-refundable.
